The Qur’anic Truth Project

The Qur’anic Truth Project is a specialized Dawah initiative designed to address and refute the most common misconceptions, allegations, and misunderstood verses of the Qur’an. The project provides clear, authentic, and context-based explanations that reveal the intended meanings of the verses and equip Muslims with reliable resources to confidently address challenging questions about the Qur’an.

The project will build upon The Clear Quran, with Dr. Mustafa Khattab, combining its accessible contemporary translation with focused explanations and refutations of frequently raised misconceptions.

The initiative will also be developed in collaboration with Bridges Foundation UK, leveraging the expertise and contributions of Dr. Fadel Soliman in Qur’anic studies, translation, and presenting the message of the Qur’an to diverse audiences.

Project Focus

• Identify and prioritize the most common misconceptions and allegations raised about the Qur’an.
• Provide clear, concise, and academically grounded explanations of commonly misunderstood verses.
• Explain the linguistic, historical, textual, and contextual dimensions necessary to understand these verses correctly.
• Connect each misconception directly to the relevant passages in The Clear Quran, creating an accessible reference for readers.
• Develop content in formats suitable for Dawah conversations, education, digital platforms, and printed materials.
• Equip callers to Islam, educators, students, and everyday Muslims with a trusted reference for answering difficult questions about the Qur’an.
• Make these explanations easily accessible to Muslims and non-Muslims seeking an authentic understanding of the Qur’an.
